Main entrance (Turl Street) and lodge is generally accessible.

Main entrance opening hours 8am – 8pm, or call bell for porter (24hrs).

No steps to get through door / lodge, but second door through to quad is narrow (66cm).

Alternative entrance on Market Street.

More accessible entrance (more independent, and don't have to use lift to cross between 1st and 2nd quad if you want to access accommodation or MCR).

Note: entrance on Ship Street is inaccessible – best to avoid.

Dining Hall is located in between Quad 1 and 2.

Generally not locked and has flat level access.

There's a couple of steps up to the dining hall in between 1st and 2nd quad.

A mobility lift installed to get up and across, that rises from the ground.

Lift is operated by a special remote control – given upon arrival (easy to use, but slightly time consuming).

The library is located in the 3rd Quad.

The library is over 3 floors, with only step access to top floors.

There is a reading room on the ground floor.

To borrow books on the upper floors, just email the library team and they can deliver.

JCR is on the first floor, not fully flat level access.

Eight steps then another two sets of three to get to JCR.

Two electric lifts available as an alternative to the set of stairs.

Once at the door, all pathways are quite wide.

Kitchenette a little difficult (narrow), but otherwise no other issues.

Chapel is located just off 1st Quad.

Ground floor access.

One small step (7 cm high) inside chapel impedes accessibility – this could be easily be dealt with by a small ramp (ask Jesus staff for help).

The Bar is located just off 3rd quad, down a narrow, winding staircase in the basement.

No lift access.

The Computer/Printing room is located just off 3rd Quad.

The Computer/Printing room is in the basement, down a full flight of stairs.

There are no lifts, making the room difficult to access.

Note: Past student have had printers installed in their rooms if needed.

2nd Quad, Staircase 8, Room 1.

This is an ensuite room available for both undergraduates and postgraduates.

The room is on the ground floor with an automatic door.

This room is not available for couples.

There are no lifts to access this room.

Ship Street Centre Room 2, 12, 21, 23, 31.

These are ensuite rooms available for both undergraduates and postgraduates.

These rooms are not available for couples.

There are lift access to these rooms (lifts are not locked).
